Villa Campolieto was built in 1755 at the behest of Prince Luzio De Sangro, with an initial design by Mario Gioffredo, but completed under the guidance of Luigi Vanvitelli and his son Carlo. This imposing villa, boasting a stunning view over the Gulf of Naples, has been restored and reopened to the public. It features frescoes by Fischetti and Magrì, mythological decor, and a structure that emphasizes outdoor experience.
